On Thursday, March 21, we held a Bay Area Mini Reunion in San Francisco. A total of 20 people attended – 17 D’88s and 3 spouses/partners.
We gathered at SFMOMA where we were hosted by Bob Lasher ’88. Bob is Deputy Museum Director, External Relations. He arranged for a wonderful guided tour of the Garry Winogrand photography retrospective. SFMOMA is hosting the national premiere.
We had a guest from NYC, Perla Delson, who was in town with her family for the kids’ spring break.
Then we walked over to the Press Club where we enjoyed wine and nibbles. We shared “the latest and greatest”, made some new friends and then talked about our plans for making the trek across the country, back to Hanover, for the 25th reunion. Sam Gutsch Toole expressed it best when she said that getting together has made her excited to attend reunion and it will be fun for all of us to be together again in June!
